Matt Jarvis is officially a Hammer, having completed his move from Wolves this morning. This could see him go straight into the squad for the trip to Swansea tomorrow, although Big Sam is likely to let him take in the surroundings and school him in our ways before unleashing him. Matt is a club record signing and a real statement of our intent to stick around in the Premier League. With Diame already looking the business, Collins back to his battling self and other additions in Jarivs and Diarra, the board have really backed Sam in the summer dealings and there could still be a Carroll to come!
Welcome to the club Matt, we look forward to seeing you down the wing and feeding big Carlton. It's a really good signing in my view and Hammer should be happy ones today....
