Well, I'm currently watching Everton beat Spurs so am in quite a good mood, however optimism for Saturday's match against Birmingham City remains hard to come by. Certainly some real changes need to be rung for this game - Bowyer certainly needs to be dropped to the bench like the squad player he is. If James Collins is fit, he needs to replace Anton Ferdinand who needs to get his head together and become the player I still believe he can be. I'm not however convinced Bobby should be dropped for Deano as some West Ham forums are calling for. Deano is easing his way back to full match fitness and Bobby can be very effective away from home away from the burden expectation of the Upton Park crowd.
As for the score, I have to be honest, I'm not convinced we are going to get anything from this, especially if Neill and Parker are not back either. At best a 1-1 draw, a 5-1 bet with Coral looks reasonable, but that is a result at this stage I would happily take. You can place a bet here.
